Deliveries
Delivery Options.
We use Fedex & Royal Mail for deliveries.
Most items are held in stock, however if we cannot get your order to you on a 'next day service' then we will inform you as soon as possible.
Small items (e.g. fibres & slate repairs)
under 2kg are sent 1st class Royal Mail, so would usually be expected to arrive with your normal post.
Smaller items & quantities can be with you as quickly as 'next day by 9am', 'before 10am', 'before noon' as well as 'Saturday' deliveries. There are additional costs for this service which will be applied automatically at checkout.
Over 2kg the are sent with Fedex on a 'next day' service if ordered before 2pm.
Large Items (e.g. foil insulation)
Are sent via Fedex 'next day' if ordered before 2pm.
Additional options, if available are: 'next day by 9am', 'before 10am', 'before noon' as well as 'Saturday' deliveries.
Most contries within Europe are now delivered to, contact us for delivery costs elsewhere, small or large items.
Delivery Costs
All orders above £100 (ex vat) qualify for free delivery. Or over 200kg is FREE
up to 200g=£2, 300g-700g=£3, 700g-1.2kg=£5, 1.2kg-2kg=£7, over 2kg=£8.50
We try to keep postage & packaging costs to a minimum.
Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Ireland and non mainland UK postcodes are charged differently according to Fedex Zones. Fedex postcodes and zones are shown here, other poscodes are standard zone 2/3.
Be assured wherever we are shipping, the cart will give you the best delivery option available for, destination, weight, size and speed.
This may seem a little over complex, but weights & volumes and any applicable delivery costs are all worked out for you in the 'basket', prior to purchase.
We do reserve the right to alter orders from or to Fedex & Royal Mail depending on sizes & weights of total order, either way these deliveries should arrive 'next working day'.
Refunds
In accordance with the distance selling regulations you have 7 days to return unwanted items for a full refund, provided the goods are as sent & unopened in a resaleable condition. We are not responsible for return costs.
Overseas Orders
Shipping prices are calculated on checkout.
This works for smaller orders, for larger orders please email with your requirements as we can often improve on the shipping price for pallet quantities.
