Delivery Options.

We use TNT, Parcelforce & Royal Mail for deliveries.

Shipping costs will show as n/a (not available) until the delivery address is put into the system. 1kg to the midlands is a very different cost than 50kg to The Netherlands!

Most items are held in stock, however if we cannot get your order to you on a 'next day service' then we will inform you as soon as possible.

Small items (e.g. fibres & slate repairs)
under 2kg are usually sent Royal Mail, so would usually be expected to arrive with your normal post.

Smaller items & quantities can be with you as quickly as 'next day by 9am', 'before 10am', 'before noon' as well as 'Saturday' deliveries. There are additional costs for this service which will be applied automatically at checkout.

Over 2kg the are sent with TNT or Parcelforce on a 'next day' service if ordered before 2pm.

Large Items (e.g. foil insulation)
Are sent via TNT or Parcelforce 'next day' if ordered before midday.
Additional options, if available are: 'next day by 9am', 'before 10am', 'before noon' as well as 'Saturday' deliveries.

Most contries Worldwide are now delivered to, contact us for delivery costs elsewhere, small or large items.

We try to keep postage & packaging costs to a minimum.
Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Ireland and non mainland UK postcodes are charged differently according to Zones.

Be assured wherever we are shipping, the cart will give you the best delivery option available for, destination, weight, size and speed.

This may seem a little over complex, but weights & volumes and any applicable delivery costs are all worked out for you in the 'basket', prior to purchase.

We do reserve the right to alter orders depending on sizes & weights of total order.

Refunds
In accordance with the distance selling regulations you have 7 days to return unwanted items for a full refund, provided the goods are as sent & unopened in a resaleable condition. We are not responsible for return costs.

Overseas Orders
Shipping prices are calculated on checkout.
This works for smaller orders, for larger orders please email with your requirements as we can often improve on the shipping price for pallet quantities.
