Product Information
Product Description
OPTI-MIX 3 in 1 RENDER ADDITIVE is a highly concentrated waterproofing, plasticizing and retarding admixture for sand and cement mixes which is 10 times the strength of conventional products.
OPTI-MIX 3 in 1 RENDER ADDITIVE provides long term protection from water damage to mortar, concrete, renders and screeds by reducing water permeability. The product also contains air entraining, plasticising agents hence it will not “deaden” the mix and there is no need to add a separate admix. The “retarding properties of 3 in 1 RENDER ADDITIVE provide longer “working times” of mortars where increased mixed sizes can be prepared.
